Health regen clothing will help at the higher levels. Also you can get an ability aug that will add to your +per tick when the RAI is used. There is also a skill to add to any heal abilities. Hope this helps you a bit.

no, it doesnt help at all, as i know and use this allready. :)
im asking for 2 more hp regen for the level 3 auto injector.

^^ use the aug if you want 5 hp regen. Get some hp regen clothing on. You can easily reach 11 hp regen with this ability without the aug, 13 with it. That means you'll regen fully in less than 10 seconds. Add in a boost for at least 2 hp regen and you're healing to full in less than 8 seconds.

Hi,
i like that one as it would be a good fire counter if it would be a little better.
i dont understand why it just reg 3 hp at level 3?
why is it 3 HP at level 2 and 3 HP at level 3? I would expect 5 hp regen from level 3.
pls fix :)
