My equipments' durabilities (not any glasses) are downed to 0/0,26/26,36/36, and 36/36 after some PvEs. Is this normal? Please help, guys! Thanks...

u can repair at most vendors once ur armor goes down and yes this is normal

They are all repaired. This never happened before. they used to be having like 2000/2000 of durability. but now 20/20.

Did you create a costumer support  ticket already?

fill in the approximately time of using this clothes and how often you repaired it since you use/own it, make sure it was not faulted by you that your durability went down to zero while repairing it to death after every battle. Attach some screenshots within the ticket and wait for response. I would advice if you made some earlier dated once, ( before last insane bleed0ut update i mean) with proper displayed durability it could help to proof it`s not your fault that your clothes decay that fast.

If they`ll be able to went through the database and find it was caused by some newly poping up durability bug, you may will be refounded and receive some compensation for it. But i guess some of your broke amor pieces are now already lost because of reaching the buttomline of duration 0/0.

Maximum durabilities on weapons and clothing will be reduced every time you repair using in-game cash. This is an intended game design - if you repair with gold bars, however, your equipment will not lose maximum durability. I hope I was able to clear up any confusion on this matter.
