This is an idea of how long Vogster takes to help out its paying customers....I am still waiting btw

 

I purchased the black book and fast forward ticket when I started crimecraft. According to the txt there is no timer for these items. Why does it appear that i have to repurchase it now? If it is because there is a timer on the item I feel that it should have been mentioned in the txt description of the item before I purchased and would like a refund of the gold bars it took to purchase the item or a free one. If that is not the case and there is a system error please correct it so I can enjoy the remaining episodes.

My issue is with both the black book and fast forward ticket. I purchased both these items when I started playing crime craft. Got up to episode 5 took a break from the game to focus on leveling my professions but I digress. The items do not mention a time frame as to how long they remain active. My understanding is once you purchased these items it was indefinite. And I tried logging out and logging in after I submitted the ticket and even after being away for a day. The issue remains that I am unable to quick join the missions or call the npcs from the mobile phone. As for fast forwarding I wont know if that is still active until I complete the current episode. But I distinctly remember that when I did purchase both the fast forward and black book tickets they were removed from the Black Market so I could not repurchase them. With both of them reappearing I am assuming both items no longer work.

ITS BEEN 29 DAYS SINCE THIS TICKET WAS OPENED! Your telling me you can not pull your records of what a toon bought off the BM. No wonder why people leave your game your support system sucks frankly. A real company say Square-Enix would be able to get the issue resolved in less than a week. Again it has been 29 Days. almost a month. And your telling me you appologize for the inconvenience. The last time I updated this ticket was over 10 days ago you just got back to me 18 hours ago. How about this give me a number to call so I can get this matter handled. Not playing ticket tag any further.

Thats why i stopped paying for this game. Because of the lack of service and can you blame me. This game is'nt even worth it.

For a top game store purchased i pay no more than 50-70 bucks when it comes out new on the market and i realy like it. Otherwise i wait till the price are low in cost. Before i buy them, like the steam deals right now just purchased 12 games for 35 buck there. holydays sales.

Butt i hope you get your problem resolved. I just gave up the figth with them its not worth it for me.

Yes i have found the customer support to be more of a fiction then the game. File a bug report they thank you and move on .. file a ticket which in any way requires effort to look into and they tell you they are looking into it ... then THEY file it as resolved at a later date without actually resolving anything. I more them most understand the amount of work required pre and post patch in any game but thats not an excuse to offer a reimbursement then weeks later change tunes to "can't find the problem, issue resolved no reimbursment will be issued" Especially to someone who actually pays premium and had untill that issue spent a minimum of 3000 gb's a month. 

and as for stopping playing .. if you ragequit or simply quit the game .. wy are you still posting in the forums??

 

 


 ...we need a few mad people running this world ... look where the "sane" ones have gotten us!!

oh i have a similer problems, customer support for this game is shockingly bad, ive been waiting for 2 weeks just to get a relpy on my ticket, that they say would take 48 hours, on top of that im having some majore problems in my game and i cant find anyone to talk to, im going to give them 1 more week, then im going to write to vogles, and then trading standerds, because this has to stop. im sick and tired of waiting weeks and weeks at a time for a reply, and after that they just close the damn ticket, even when its no resolved,

 Moving this to the feedback section. I know the wait times on tickets is long right now, but I can absolutely assure you that we are working to address all tickets that are submitted as quicklyk as possible. The size of the support team is relatively small - and since the release of Gang Wars (coupled with Steam promotions) we have seen significant increases in the number of tickets being submitted. This leads to higher wait times, but again I can assure you that we are diligently working to answer each ticket that gets submitted.

Anyway, vogster does not have infinite resources, but really, even if they did, impatient kids would still be screaming at them.

I am not talking about that, i am talking about Volunteers which will have to apply to Vogster for being a volunteer ticket answerer.

 

Something like, sorting out which ones are important and which ones can be answered by the volunteers themselves.
