If you purchased something that we had the ability to remove or take back, then we'd be happy to reimburse you. In fact, we provide that kind of reimbursement all the time.
Unfortunately, you purchased a class and we do not have the ability to remove those from your character. Anyway, moving this to feedback section.

I didnt ask you to remove class literally. I said i misclicked class for GB instead of cash. I thought i was clear. If you dont reimburse classes then you dont reimburse like 66% of evertything you can buy. That is rough estimate obviously but if there are 3 classes every 5 levels then you have 30 classews in game each worth pobably like 500GB so like 15000 GB alltogether. not rly gonna bother anymore as looking for new game to play is also fun!

The game itself is not that bad. However support is totally useless. Within the game you may missclick some stuff for gold bars that will litterally costs you 20 or more euro and they cant reimburse it. They can reimburse stuff in games without itemshop easily, where items are not worth anything in litterally every game i have beed playing. Nice step back. Not gonna miss you.
