I had several situations where I needed a GM and there was never a reply on my yelling :(
So: what GM is on Cabrese EU and how can you reach him if you need something?
Making tickets takes time and I measured a reaction time from 1-2 days, which is definatly not enough if you, say, have wallhacker in tournament or a bug or just some kind of problem.
I only see the GM Dead on Cabrese when he is advertising for Black Market or doing one events (in which he is barley playing himself or is just afk after some minutes).
