I have been with the game since beta and it is my opinion that the game is heading in the wrong direction.  I am a casual gamer and used to enjoy jumping into a PvE instance or two, spend 15-20 minutes tearing them up and then logging off to do other things.  Now I have to spend what little time I have with others.  Swell.  I see you accepted my idea of being able to buy real gear with gold bars, so here is another couple of ideas.  First, release an SDK for player-created content.  Paying players can create instances.  Instances would be vetted by the devs, and beta players, and then opened to the world at large.  These instances can then be voted on by all of the players and the winning instances get some sort of prize.  Second, paying players get several real perks: a) private PvE instances, b) better loot, c) per-toon ATM, and if they are a gang boos, d) multiple production systems in the hide-out.  This last one is self-balancing since production cosys so much money.  In 24-months you are going to have at least four kick-[filtered] MMORPGs to compete with not to mention several FPS games.  Give people a reason to not just log in, but to pay to log in.     

While I disagree with your ideas about buying gear, and having private (I believe you mean personal) PvE instances, I can understand your point of view as you are a casual player.

I do agree with paying subs getting more out of their sub other than twice as much loot and xp. We need something to set ourselves apart from freebies. This game is really friendly to freebies, and if the devs give some kick [filtered] stuff to the p2p but don't take any more out of the f2p, I think they would get more subs.

Been thinking about this for a couple days now. There really is NO real reason to actually pay for this game.

Character Slots 3 - Pointless, you have no space to store items for the 2nd character, let alone 3rd. You are forced to pay to be able to use 2nd & 3rd again. You might as well create a free account, at least then you have full space in the ATM to store items, you do not need to pay to use the character.
Combat XP Gain 2x - Really isn't that important, you can level reasonably quickly and don't need it once you get to a certain level.
Loot Drops 3x - Semi useful, but to get decent loot you need to do STP, which this doesn't effect.
ATM Bank Up to 6 - So-so - can just create free accounts and store items there if needs be.
Gold Bars 100/Month - doesn't even touch the sides now.
Pawn Shop (Auction) Less In-game Cost - When you generally put items up for a few thousand, the little extra cost isn't noticeable.
Mail System Less In-game Cost - Who really uses mail to the extent the cost will be to much. Anyone who does is more then likely rich in game and sending mats to Friends.
Gang Leadership Yes - same for no premium customers.
Tournaments Full - Never heard of a non paying customer being limited?
Customer Service Full - I honestly doubt there is any difference.

If you offered everyone 3 character slots, but for paying customers, they get ATM per character & the ability to share items - you've just made me renew my members already.

Allowing premium users to create private instances, would be just another big reason to pay for premium.

Allowing premium users to find rare items, would be just another big reason to pay for premium.

The biggest seller is the first, I want premium now, not makes me have it, but want premium!
