Server Problems - My internet is fine but i keep getting "Unable to connect to server" in-game even while im PvPing, causing me to get deserter afterwards, this happens every 10-30 mins.

Client Crashes - Random client freezes and crashes while im playing the game, run repair, same thing again, Deserter.

Stockpile Mission - I went to the crimecraft bleedout episode 1 and then went to do the stockpile mission as requested, only for me to try to find the boss in a huge map which i didnt even know, thus, waisting 15 mins of my life trying to do this mission.

 

These things begun to happen after i payed for Premium account.

I lost my cool and broke my headphones because of these problems and i am very angry.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. I can definitely understand how those issues can be frustrating. Are you running the game through any of our partners (Steam, BoaCompra, GoPlayPlay, etc.) or are you running it from the regular Client Launcher?  In order to further investigate this issue, we ask that you please submit a ticket with your DxDiag file and launch logs.

You can find your DxDiag by clicking on the Start menu, then entering DxDiag into the search field. Click on Save All Information.

To find your launch logs, go to Documents > My Games > CrimeCraft > CrimeCraftGame > Logs.

Once we have this information, we will be happy to further investigate this matter.

 He is right though, CC isnt a very lag friendly game. The current client doesnt leave much room to recover when your internet starts spiking. My internet would drop for less than a second and a unable to connect to server would pop up and I would see the game going on behind the little menu. This would then boot me back into the log in menu where I would have to wait a minute since it still thinks that the account is logged in. This gets extremely fustrating when on a active day.

I cant because the Launch logs are 28.7 MB.

And im running the game through the regular launcher, not by any of your partners.

Go ahead and create a ticket, and also send us an email with the logs attached to webmaster@crimecraft.com.

Once you have sent the email, update the ticket to let us know and we will get the logs and investigate this matter.

I still cant send the logs, the file is too big, hotmails sending limit in MB is 25.

This is really getting on my nerves, fix your servers! I cant stand this deserter crap anymore,! "Unable to connect to server" when my internet is completely fine.

 I SEE THAT A LOT TO MOST OF MY CONTROLS DONT WORK MOST OF THE TIME F1 WORKS BUT THE REST NEVER WORK I THINK YOU HAVE TO HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. SORRY FOR THE CAPS ON.
