First they stopped paying out on the gold bar offers page ...
then they stopped actually caring about customer support...

Then they released a patch that basicly turned the game into a modified third person version of team fortress which is decidedly newbie unfriendy ...

and now the only option to contimue as premium is to sign up to a rather shady "click and buy" site because all the other options vanished right after the credit card option was taken away from them ...

Offers and surveys are completely maintained by the affiliates who are running the offer or survey, it has always been that way and this has not changed.

Sorry to hear you that you feel like we don't care about customer support, but that simply isn't the case. If we didn't, me and the other GMs wouldn't be here at all.

If you want to provide us with feedback about Gang Wars, we welcome it completely - but thus far you haven't provided any kind of constructive feedback that we can consider in this post.

Regarding subscriptions only being purchasable through ClickandBuy, this has nothing to do with some hidden agenda to promote this payment method. We are simply having an issue with our payment processor and ClickandBuy is the only other alternative while we work to resolve this other issue.

What teh fug are you talking about modified team fortress?  This game is hardly anything like TF. 

The offers page works for me just fine.  I spend quite a bit of time on it. 

And I also disagree about this game being like TF2 with the classes.  Class based shooter does not equal TF2.  Especially not when the classes are optional.

I do agree customer support could be a heck of a lot better, but I also know its usually the first thing to go if a game is not doing well financially.  Even games that are doing well often have really terrible customer support.  I don't approve of it, but I don't see it changing anytime soon.  So I'm just going to continue moving forward while enjoying the game for as long as I can.

First of all, you need skills to play TF2 as opposed to cc . As far as support goes, they provide decent support. I've played many games which were published by bigger companies, and their support was utter [filtered]e. There are so many things wrong with this game, but support ain't really one of them. Hell, even lead developers of cc posts stuff on the forums and helps the community out. Just be happy with what you got.
