We aren't currently aware of any such issue, but we will definitely investigate this at once. You can be assured that if such a thing is happening that it was not intended. I'll post back here if I receive any news on this matter, but just to be safe make sure to submit a ticket so we have an easy way to contact you with updates about this matter.

I got none-recurring subs for 2 members in our gang, and I've been charged 3 times again. Great job. ![]()

I didn't even had an option for recuring when i wanted to puchase (I had it before). So I picked the non-recuring one which acted as recuring one by mistake. It all turned out good for me :)

It's not a huge deal, I was planning on signing up for another premium account for a second month anyway, I just wanted to make Vogster and the community aware that this was an issue.

I'm absolutely positive when I signed up for a premium subscription, the check mark only said 30 Days Non-Recurring subscription $9.99 and yet my Premium subscription somehow became recurring and I was billed for a second month. When my brother signed up he had the same issue, it's pretty clear that there's a disconnect between what you tell people on your site and what they are actually signing up for.
Anyone who purchases a subscription should be warned that it will be recurring, not misled into purchasing a recurring subscription.
