As I have play this game and enjoy much of the aspect, I decided to post my own opinion about it. Please do respect my opinion even if you do disagree with it.

 

1) Auction House

The auction house are certainly a wonderful feature as it allow free trade among users without many haste. The advanced search function work wonderfully well as all search went without a hitch. Unfortunately, the downside of the auction house was the extraordinary cost of deposit (especially armor & equipment) when you are selling material.

The cost of deposit eventually drain all those possible profit especially when the item failed to be sold in time as the person would have to auction their stuff once again. In other word, the cost of deposit definitely need to be nerf in order for the player to earn profit from auction considering that good/rare material are expensive and it was hard to find consumer who are willing to purchase it.

 

2) Blackmarket

It is definitely pleasing to see the blackmarket have sufficient information about everything (Except revert changes). For first timer, it was kinda misleading as it give the thought of reverting the custom cloths which had just been purchase so it can be bind on other equipment or be edited. I brought a custom cloths with wrong colors and I though it was possible to revert it, which it turn out isn't in this case. You should have some sort of info of what revert does.

The item offer at blackmarket are definitely not worth the price it offer and neither worthy enough to be purchase. Why should a person purchase a 3 slot weapon with 30 gold bar when they could just purchase it at the auction house for barely 2k or do it themselves (If they are gunsmith profession)?

Infact, the only item I see and deem to be sold within reasonable price was the Player Color Name. As for the 10 skill point and profile, the price seems to be a little steep for it which I recommend 20-30 gold bar reduction.

 

3) Payment Method

Definitely a thumbs up for providing various services to paid for gold bar. Unfortunately it isn't complete 5 star service either as the alternative paying method was completely unreasonable pricey and expensive.

When I use pay by phone method, I earn 50% lesser gold bar than I could have earn through the use of goplay card. In other word, if it cost me USD5 for 100 gold bar via pay by phone; I could have earn 200 gold bar for the same price via goplay which it is ridiculous.

Surely some would ask me "Why not purchase the card instead?", but that was because not all service are available as this game was play throughout the world and certain service are not available for specific area/location.

The developer instead could have give us the same amount of gold bar for the same price no matter which paying method was used as failure to do so would eventually discourage other from paying to play this game in the future.  You might earn lesser profit from alternative paying method, but it was better than you earn nothing at all since given away the virtual currency for same price doesn't hurt you.

 

4) VIP Strip Room

This part are definitely the worst to comment. I was told that access the room 3 times would earn me a mission, but it was bugged as the mission was trigger after 6-9 trips (Which cost me an additional 20-30 unnecessary gold bar). To make it from bad to worst, the mission barely gives 200 experience and 1 container bag that are not worth the price of admission and despite a complain to customer service, I was told there is no refund of gold bar for this bug issues.

On other cases, the customize option for the stripper was way too little for the price we pay. There should be more option to be selected considering the gold bar we spend.

 

5) Crafting, Skill & Container

Definitely a refreshing and creative idea for player to hunt and make their own material through crafting. Unfortunately, those crafting cost a hefty sum of cash due to material or recipes even for the most simple and basic crafting.

As for container, the drop/spawn rate was pretty decent except for armor container. I was stockpiling for quite a time and I could't help, but notice the drop rate of armor container (Especially container 3 from boss) was particularly low.

For skills, some was definitely way too worthless to be bother as it have little to none use while it cost a hefty skill point which definitely need to be tweak (Either the efficiency or the cost of skill point).

 

6) PVE

The PVE game was fun, but it definitely need to be adjust as there is a slight issues to be deal with such as grenade. An AI could toss a grenade from extremely far distances with perfect accuracy even though u are far away and above a high ground (Which doesn't make sense as the distance was more than 20-30 meter far).

AI was definitely have a greater sense than human since you could be invisible with skill and yet they could still see you and hit you  (Not referring to headhunt mode).

 

7) Mission & Job

Although it is enjoyable to have countless of mission and job available at the tip of your hand, some of those reward does not fit the mission/job as they are either too low or too high. For example, the History of Violence job require a player to achieve genocide states by killing player. That is about 7 kill with each kill gab time is 2-3 seconds, to kill many player at short time just to achieve/complete this job ain't easy as you not only need to achieve genocide once, but about 3 times or more in order to complete the job depending on the job level.

Infact, I ask couple of player who frequently pvp and only one of them told me he achieve genocide states, but that is also once. Thus it is recommend to improve the reward for complete this job. Of course, not only this job but the other as well.

Some valid points there Drseptimus. As I have said before somewhere on this forum, let's hope that the Devs are reading our comments that we post here on the forum. I have seen some good points brought up which can only improve the game play for all.

I for one agree that most of the items on the Black Market are over priced. I would like to see more items brought in on Specials.

The biggest issue I have with the game overall is that the PVE missions are so very predictable as far as the lack of BOT AI.  The bots are always in the exact same spots now that I am to the point that I lob grenades and prefire knowing exactly where they are. 

The spawn system is also in need of a revisit as they spawn on top of you or you have to wait to get a certain distance to a known spawn point before they appear.  The whole spawn and BOT AI process is well done in other games you think they would look at some of these games and get some ideas. 

I changed the difficulty setting to hard and it is just the same deal but it take longer to kill them.  They are not really using any more strategy they are just tougher from a resilence standpoint. 

If they nail the bot AI and spawing system it will bring the PVE game up a ton!

I agree the AI bot system needs some spawn randomization.  But I think there are some other changes that need to be made with that spawn randomization.

  1. It might be because I have a crappy computer, but in many cases I can't see the bots until I'm almost on top of them.  So I I can't see them, my grenades don't do any damage.  As an example, during one of the Bleedout missions I was shot several times by a sniper over half way across the map that I couldn't see.
  2. I'd like to see the bots call their friends like they do in the missions.  This allows for strategy instead of guns blazing.
  3. Adjustments to the AI aiming and weapon system would be nice.  They seem to have also perfect aim as well as weapons that much recoil.

 

As far as the Auction House goes, my main issue (as it always has) is with price manipulators.  Those who buy out salvage vendors and jack up the price over 5x the normal price.  In many cases these ingredients are used for even the most basic recipes or recipes that are used during a "transitional" craft level.
