This has got to be a joke. You guys are terrible at keeping a customer base huh?  ive had this game for 4 weeks now, logged 315 hours, spent 150$ on gbs. YANO PAY YOUR [filtered] BILLS!.... so i ask for a little help.   you guys decided to nurf the 3rd burst AR in the gear pack. whatever so be it ill pwn without, but now all my high lvl attacments mean [filtered] on that usless piece of garbo gun.  so now you tell me im [filtered] and you cant give me a refund on any gbs. or just send me the same attacments for a different ar!? this is a joke right?

 The guns still not bad though is it, it's still got awesome range and the rate of fire has been uped so it's nowhere near as bad as your making out. Also triple posting with rage just makes you look like a child having a tantrum. 

the gun does less dmg per shot than my full auto caprease by like 2 without ammo. and  the full auto doesnt have anything higher than a lvl 40 blue attachment.... notgoodanymore

and im not hatin on any gm in genral... but when i finalllly got support from a gm today he couldnt even help me because he didnt no enough about the update, like wtf are you there for when i could provide more information on the matter than he could. i vote i should be a gm wtf good are these guys doing

He has a legitimate complaint, the chnage was pretty huge for that weapon and he essentially lost all of his investment which is pretty callous to at least offer some sort of compensation.

For instance, in WoW, when peices of gear need a nerf, which almost never happens, any player with that item will recieve fair compensation such as a very significant amount of gold AND all of the gems attached as well as all of the components for any enchantments that were on the item.


THAT is customer service.

I agree, this isn't at all fair. At the very least, he should get the attachments back from the gun.
