Steampunk Set in Bonus Vault

I just heard of ppl who get a set of clothes in their Bonus Vault which is called some kind of "Steam Punk Set".

It is a football helmet, armor, pants, shoes and AUG.

Anyone knows more about that?

 Ive also heard and seen it. The thing is that i also launch CC from steam and have premium but still havent got any outfit.. Am i supposed to get any?
