Yes, there is a special skill to make them drop medkits, but even without it there should be some chance to find a medkit there.
Also the ammo drop seems to be random or connected with the acutal amount of ammo a player has when he dies.
So a player with a Medkit type boost equiped could has the chance to drop a Medkit?
In PvE it is all normal, but not in PvP. Would just be a logical addition to PvP games and I think it would also be a good one.
if you use the collector skill, players will drop medkits. Although it sounds like a good idea, when running a boost centered class with medboosts, running out of boosts is critical to balancing the build a bit.

I know there is the collector skill. But I mean even without it there could be a chance, that a player who uses medkits as boosts drops a health thingy or whatevertheycallit.
Of course the chance should not be that high so that the map is not spammed with medkits.
