Why not set up a "Professional Division" or "Deluxe Division".

It will be like div1 (lvl 40+) but with slightly increased coin rewards. Players can only participate when having won at least one or better say 4 weekly tournaments (1st place).

Its always the same Teams who win the tour and its pretty boring to play against them at all because the amount of time and ressources they invested cannot even be met by individual skill or a decent team. YOu need to invest the same time and effort and for many players that is just not an option.

So I suggest the ProDivision for players like that to let the others get rid of them and they can have their own fights with their kind and get some proper rewards for that (more coins then in div1). Also, if they particitpate in the proDivision they cannot go "back" to the div1.

So a player has to decide one time if he wants to join the upper heavens of skill and lifetime investment or just stay in div1 and play some nice and relaxed fights with the others there.

Some might say, there would be only 2-3 Teams in the ProDivision then, but I think that would change over time, once it is established.

At the moment I just get the feeling that, when speaking of soccer, there are two or three premier league clubs playing with the amateurs. Cant imagine this is fun for both sides.

I wouldn't mind seeing more divisions for tournaments, as long as the current tournaments are not changed to make them noob friendly.  The teams that win now, even if there is no competition, win consistentley because they put the time, effort and resources into winning.  Adding maybe three more divisions (a second tier tournament) would maybe increase the number of players who would get involved.  I can't see anything wrong with it, but it should be voluntary and not attached to the current tournament structure.

Well, it has to be a this or that. Because the players who win in normal div 1 now would just addionally play in the DivPro too.

So it has to be at the same time as the normal tournament OR a separated division for top tier teams.

The Main problem is, that in level 50 u cannot go back. And if u are a gamer who wants to have fun and not waste too much time in details, planning and careful team setup, you just cannot compete. And there are not many teams who do that stuff.

It would be better for us amateurs to get rid of them because we could see who is the strongest within our skill section.

And the pro teams wouldnt have to waste their time and precious gear vs. teams that do not even have the slightest chance to win (for what mysterious other reasons that could bet).

 Dont think I would find that as much fun, playing 1-2 super intense matches for increased rewards versus playing 5-6 matches with 1-2 super intense matches and some happy bug squashing. Plus you would always end up facing those same boring teams. 

 First, merge the US Servers, after that we can do this....

Well, you guys are so pro, why not fight with the other pros. Or is your need only to own other ppl who just want to have their own fun in game?

As you call it "bug squashing" I really think this is the very reason why I suggest this stuff. Many do not play tournament at all or keep their toons to play in div 2 or 3 because they just hate div1 because of that "bug squashing" mentality there.

And dont you think that the majority of the players is just BORED of always seeing the same two teams win the div1 tour with always the same some players?

I think there would be enough teams to make a ProDivision possible and challenging. And your comment really makes me think that this would be so necessary.

For me it is pretty boring to play vs your teams at all. I know its in vain because you cannot compete without a very good setup and equipement, so I just dont play for real and feel like dancing and just ignoring u guys at all. And I have the impression that it is the same for others.

Of course in the "no skills/no boosts" tournament that is a bit different. But since this is only one event, that does not change much.

Ever heard about warm up before the finale fight? Anyway, the division would not have been called as division 1 at first place if it was intend to be easy.

Try harder or don't play with a team consists of random grouping. The same situation also happen frequently at div2 and div3.

Instead of player joining the pro division you suggested, those player would instead stay at div1 due to easy win and easy reward.

Unless the prodivision reward for 1/8 is better than winning 1st place at div1, people would probably stick to div1 rather than joining the pro division and you would be back to square one instead.

The pro division would also be too dead if this happen.

Tournaments have always been a problem.  Not many like playing them because the same team wins day after day week after week, so what's the point really?

People need to be locked out of Tournies after winning them.  What is the use of the same players winning 2 daily tournaments a day, and then both weekly tournies as well?  If you win a daily, your account should be locked out of the Tournies for the rest of the week, and you should be able to join ONE weekly Tournie.

Problem is that these "Have to win everything" people would just log in with a different account.  So, make the rewards bound to the player that wins them, no selling/trading of items, but now the rewards are coins, so the items that are bought with coins need to be bound to the player, but then people can't trade normal items bought with coins.  It's a lose/lose situation.

Personally I think CC has bigger issues to fix ATM anyway.  Maybe if we actually had some population in the game the Tournies would be more productive and fun anyway.   

Although skill plays a large part in tournaments, honestly the winner of tournaments are the ones that find the most powerful skills/boosts combo, and applying their strengths to their stratagy. THIS is what wins tournaments. It has always been that way. 

I think a weekly *no boost/no skill* tournament would be quite interesting. You should note if you want to join this tournament, you better get good with the arret or vf :P

The No Boosts/No Skills Tour is quite good but still ridiculous.

"Skilled" Players now just spam Cardskins or Grenade Launchers (lame in my eyes).

So at least it would be good to make restrict explosives too (and add female card skins so that I can finally buy one for myself ...) 

Afar from that, Div1 is not skill based, but level based. So it cannot be compared to a football league Div1.

It was just like if you play football long time you come in premier league automatically.

That is why there should be a professional division for all those Tryhards :)
