how come on the 23rd of december there were two territory wars the 2nd of which was not advised at all.

my gang successfully defended our territory after the first and I logged for xmas eve dinner, came back on later that night and to my utter annoyance

the gang territory was lost, and lost without a fight because none of my members could enter to defend it because none of my officers and members with access to territory wars managment even knew that it was on.

the bonuses of our territory had just reach 10% the max for this territory and im extremely annoyed its now gone.

This bug or mistake or trick, was not a nice xmas present and it has totally and complete shaken my confidence in territory wars (whats the point if all your hard work is going to be undone on unscheduled wars)

I feel this has let down every member in every gang that lost territory, paying and free alike.

 Theres more to this aswell, it seems like they've changed TW's scheduled time thats why there was a 2nd TW. The new scheduled time is 9:40pm server time instead of 4:40pm server time which i find extremely inconvinient since it would go from 11:40pm to 12:40pm. I thought this was a european server so why is it that it should be made inconvinient to us?

RAGE! i lost my territory's too, and like GtD said, wtf?!?!?! tw's are on 9:40 server time??, im out by then, i have a real life you know, you can't make this game just for no-lifers sitting in front of their pc all the time, if you are trying to make EU servers more for russians, that's not fair of you, make a russian server then!

and yes why there was no msg, or thread or something yesterday that there is going to be 2 tw's??????

 An announcement would have be much appreciated, I'm also starting to feel our european servers turning into russian servers since most of our GM's and system message seem to be russian, TW scheduled time changed to suit them since i noticed that all the territory seem to belong to russian gangs now since no one else was online to opposed them at this time. Nothing seems to be catering towards us europeans anymore, we're starting to feel very neglected. 

This is why I play US servers with a ping of 150 rather than [filtered] around with Boris and Yuri.

well im happy im not the only one annoyed,

Ive created tickets about this issue in game and I think evereyone else should also

If enough of us complain they have to listen

 well they should just make a russian server and that's it

Not sure how long have you been around but tickets are a surefire way to waste time, our customer service is a joke.
