The Jump Slasher and the Skuller Stab are instant kill attacks
A bit misleading here, they are not often instant kill attacks. Any player with transmute armor that provide 180 hp, melee modifier armor, eletric shield or with boost such as prank could survive those knife attack.
There are no auto-pistols to use
If you mean by full auto, yes there is none. As for r-sys panther delta, they are semi-auto.

The knife deal is a bit misleading, but most players still get killed with the sprint knife attacks though.

So many mistakes.
Melee just 80-120-150 damage. You can have up to 218 HP, so no instant kill.
Pistol has very high damage w/o attachments, this is why pistol and AR in same class - Medium.
SG and SMG in same class - Light.
Many attachments has only 1 stat. Some attachments has no stat at all.
Some white attachments has better stats than same level blue attachments.
Heavy weapons (LMG and SR) not in same class with Explosive Weapons (GL and RL).
Drugs with crazy negative effects sometimes are better than "all-positive-effects" drugs for some specific types of games. For examaple, Bess and Juato makes your 1-shot-SR with 154 damage worse than basic pistol, but it doesn't really matter when you need to grab flag and run away, because with right clothes you can have 95% (80% officially) splash resist, run over all enemies mines and in same time have 25 stamina per second.
And why create new terms when all players in the game already using absolutelly different names for that?

Correction, for a new player, it is difficult to get health up above the 150 mark, so as a noob getting hit with a knife in most cases it is a one hit kill. As they progress though and do begin to get into matches with higher ranked players they will see less of the one hit knife kills.
Also, a good stratagy to learn that keeps the knife as a one hit kill, would be pump a few rounds into the enemy while you are closing the distance to knife range, then in effect, the knife is still a one hit kill.
Overall, nice tips for new refugees Sykes00.

This guide covers the basics and isn't a bazillion pages long. Its good for new players up to level 19/20+, after that they should have a firm grasp on it themselves. Only thing to do is experiment in the UI to learn functions and how to do [filtered]. You should also explain the gun on the UI.
Gun on the UI : You can access matches without having to run around, very handy for when your new and dont have to stash much or worry about boosts/ammo, etc. Just stand around and use the gun to enter matches to level up. If you go to create you can create your own and see what the different game modes are. You should also include game modes but I'm way tired for typing those out.

Guys honestly its a basic guide, you dont need to point out that twinks will violate some of the restrictions put on what he's saying. Some twinks break the balance from lvl 1 but most new players will be playing against new players until lvl 5-10. After that you get a grasp on it, this just helps them understand their starting choices. No flame wars and I hope you edit some more in and get a sticky. Different game modes, UI setup, repairing, etc.

Although there's a beginner's guide for standard situations, sometimes it might not have some info that players sometimes look for. So, I'll just start with the basics by starting with weapons, then attachments, abilities, AUGs, and finally Boosters. Class is in session.
Weapons
There are 7 different weapons in the world of CrimeCraft. "Seven weapons?", you might ask, "There's only 3 weapons!". This is where your wrong, you see, there are 7, not 3 types of weapons. Starting with the first weapon that you have from the start.
The Knife
The Knife is your basic weapon and should learn how to use it properly. The Knife is really used for getting that last hit on a player/NPC. Its basic damage is 80HP per hit or HpPH, but there are three different attacks that the knife can perform. First one is a Upper Cutter, to perform this maneuver you will need be pressing "s" key then the "e" key. You need to be holding "s" to use the Upper Cutter. Next move is the Jump Slasher move, This move is used with having any weapon that your using at the time, simply sprint then melee while sprinting. The 3rd is what I like to call, "Skuller Stab", this move can only be done while using the pistol. It is the same as the Jump Slasher move. The Jump Slasher and the Skuller Stab are instant kill attacks, while the Upper Cutter does a little bit more than the regular stab attack.
Pistols & SMGs
Going in order from small firearms, pistols and SMG are your weapons when the other 2 weapons have either lost ammo or haven't been reloaded. With pistols and SMGs, you move faster, making it easy to get from area to area. However, without modifications to weapons, they have low Damage Per Shot(DPS) making it harder to kill enemies. There are no auto-pistols to use, so SMGs are the next best thing.
Class 2 Weapons
Shotguns
Shotgun, Boomstick, Shootie, it has many names, but a shotgun is a shotgun. Shotguns are CQ weapons, but they should be a primary weapon that you use all the time. Shotguns typically are not for long range fighting. It can help out when defending a point, but besides close-quarter, it really doesn't have that good of stats.
Assault Rifles(ARs)
Assault Rifles are what makes a battle challenging and also makes it harder for a sniper to get a shot if fired upon. There are 3 types of ARs in Crimecraft. First is the Semi-auto with good DPS, but low fire-rate. The Second is Burst Rifles, these usually have good DPS and put a few more rounds in your target. Last are automatics, like the burst rifles, but you can keep firing it.
Class 3 Weapons
Class 3 weapons are divided into 2 types, Explosive and Support weapons. We'll start with the Explosive Weapons. You have an RPG, not a rocket Launcher, a RPG. For those that think RPGs and Rockets are the same, they're not, RPGs travel mostly in a straight line, while rockets could go anywhere. Next is the Grenade Launcher, there are 2 types of GLs, one is a Smart Ammo GL and the others are standard GLs. Explosive Weaponry are used mainly to take out multiple targets or taking out a HVT(High Value Target) like a high level player. Some just use it and it's a real disgrace that they use a RPG to get a single kill.
Support Weapons are completely different from the Explosive category. They're guns that have a high DPS over 30HpPH. LMGs are like your regular LMG, holds 60-100 rounds per mag, high rate of fire. Sniper Rifles are the heavier Support weapon cause the DPS is 60+, making it a weapon of choice for long range. There are Auto, Semi, and Bolt action rifles. The best Bolt Action is the Marquis Sniper rifle with a DPS of 110.
Attachments
Attachments are anything like Ammo Extenders and other gun parts. Barrels are designed to mainly lower reload time, getting you back into combat. Triggers and Modules add extra DPS and can increase run speed or fire-rate. Stocks are for accuracy, no surprise there. Sights add accuracy and range. There are 3 types of attachments like every other item in the game. White: Common; Green: Uncommon; Blue: Rare. depending on the rarity of the attachment, stats for the attachment will differ. Attachments always have more than 1 stat modifier, giving you options to add more firepower, accuracy, less reload time, etc. If you have a green or blue attachment that you found, keep it. If you a level 5 with a level 25 AR sight, keep it till you that level. It's the long term plan that will pay off.
Abilities and AUGs
Since its getting a bit lengthy here, shorting it down. Abilities and AUGs gives you the ability to use special items or regenerate faster. To get the best combo of AUGs and Abilities, look to get AUGs that correspond with that ability, making it more useful. AUGs can either regenerate health or give a weapon/ability a added bonus for it.
Boosters
Boosters are anything that gives you a top advantage in combat giving you added health and increased skills for that round, however, there is a trade off for using certain boosters. some will give you extra resistance to slash-damage, but takes away you stamina while it is in use. Be sure to look for boosters with more positive effects rather than buying any which ones.
|
Having the right weapons, attachments, AUGs, Abilities, and Boosters will give you a overall advantage over your enemies, making you harder to kill and earning yourself extra points, cash, and experience to play alongside the top players in the game. Now that you have some knowledge, from a player to another, use some of the information to help you out and others if needed. Now get out there and make 'em bleed.
