Under my account, when I check to see my characters, it says that I haven't created any yet. Is there a solution to this so that they show up? Or is it a known bug?

Hey Guys,

There usually some lag time between the the actual info from the game to whats displayed on the website.  It usually takes awhile to update but it should eventually.  Sorry for any confusion.

Well, I play this game a week and my character still isn't showing up on the website.

Can you call this lag? Idk, maybe you guys should update it more.

Its not about lagtime.

European servers characters does not show at all. Will they fix it? I havent seen any promise. But they will charge your account for sure.

Same problem too... and I can't see me in ranking ... never in daily or month .. or other.

I'm 12 liv it's to low ?? 

FYI, I had sent in a report about this to see just what was the cause. reply was...

begin quote...

"This is a known bug and is in the process of being worked on.
There is an issue connecting the website to the characters created in game. Don't worry though, they are still there.
We hope to have this problem fixed ASAP.

Thank you for your patience and understanding."
 

Hopefully they will have this up and running soon, Don't know why it matters to me. but it does lol. would be nice to see it on the site for those of us who surf it often.
