Is this skills only purpose, to save the player from having to press one or two keys to activate thier boosts? 

Does it bypass cooldown times, enabiling both boosts to activate at the same time? 

I have tried using it but I still seem to have to activate my boosts manually..?

From what I can tell you may be right, it's a auto service, so you no longer have to inject the meds yourself. I would say to skip this skill for more important ones.

It is instantaneous whereas having to inject takes a bit longer.

Oop... DIS auto injects whatever is loaded in your primary boost slot when you take damage.  This can be helpful if you have a run and gun play style and do not want to have to worry bout injecting heal kits to stay alive in the thick of things.

One of the best skills out there..you can shoot an inject @ same time..

Then I might have to take back what i said before...May consider this but I have more of a stealth/defensive play style.

It is one of the few OP skills out there just like a shock grenade, work great if you are not lagging.
