Q. Where are Gang Buffs?
A. They do not currently exist.

Q. What is the difference between small and large gang halls?
A. The size, for one. However, large gang halls do not exist yet, either.

Q. How do you change the wall/floor/ceiling/interior texture(s)?
A. First you must have a texture item, then at the secretary drag and drop it into the appropriate slot after buying the slot.

Q. Where can I get texture items?
A. From Gang Achievements. Double click the achievement to view its reward. They are tradable, and you may have luck getting them from another player.

Great Guide Avarice, very thorough.

I have a small problem: where do you get buff etc.
slots can be purchased at the manager and content?

 Unfortunately, at this time there are no gang buffs to fill those slots. We hope that they will be added in in the future.

correct me if i'm wrong (and my bad english), but, me & my frend were collecting money for hideout...after we made 130k, got 11 members, gang lvl 2, blahblahblah, ganghideout vendor [filtered] won't let us to buy it...and then I've found this:

That article is outdated, whereas this thread is new and up to date. The reason you cannot create a hideout now is because there are no more slots open in any of the districts. The GMs are aware of the situation and I'm sure have already passed it on to the devs. Hopefully it will soon be rectified.
