Good guide, lovin it!
Here's how I levelled up a ton in a short amount of time. Granted, it was a grind but it worked like a charm:
- Headhunt on Hard
- Double XP Weekend
- Premium
- Extra 24 hour XP Boost
- Second Chance + LMG with at least 100 extra rounds.
If you can make sure you come top of the board and have played at least around 8 minutes before you kill the boss, you should gain around 2-3k XP and about 5-7k CASH for each game. Also remember, the more people join the harder the enemies get, so going it alone is quite beneficial.

He is correct, after alot of trial and error in our gang, we have come to the conclusion the most efficient way to make xp is to do hht speed runs on the hardest mode possible. We do them on lv50 hard if the talent is available or lv50 normal when needed, and my personal favorite build is master guns. The three nades are extremely effective at obliterating the massive spawns, the nbr's get you through boss fights when using cover, and the second chance is the most useful pve skill there is in my opinion.
The guns i bring are a Bulldog and a Hargan shepherd, obviously cause of the 100 round clip, but a good ar can be swapped in for the shotgun if that's your cup of tea. Using the 20% pve damage boost aug helps alot too.
Edit: As far as i know, the enemies don't actually get harder, but the spawns happen more frequently and are larger depending on how many people show up. Doing HHT solo is actually easier than with 4 people. 4 people is actually the point when HHT starts getting those rediculously huge spawns.

I just don't get the point why people mind so much in fast leveling...most of the guys who run that fast to level up got bored at lvl 50 and then quit the game...euricho is empty, exeter too...it would be nice to hear suggestions on how to keep the player base, not how to let them go...euricho doesn't have lower matches anymore...no new players (lvl1 are gone) hardly someone lvl 20...another big poroblem of this "power" leveling is what we also see on euricho, many lvl 40 +, completly noob...at the end we'll have a lot of lvl50 who cant stand with my lvl 30 toon...

we use this method to level alts to higher levels, typically for crafting reasons. i agree that if it's your first go round, might as well take it slow and steady, dont want to be level 50 and unable to fight your peers due to inexperience, or simply burn yourself out.
Edit: Also i believe you failed to read the second point on the OP's post.

Actually, what you assume was hacking in pvp wasn't a hack; but merely a person with good indepth understanding of game mechanism.

LAST UPDATE - 14/3/2012
Brief Note
When I look back at my old screenshot, I could't help but remember what most new player always claim it is impossible to reach level 30+ without boost in under 6 hours. Most of these player usually lack of understanding or knowledge of game mechanism which is why I decided to written this guide since the old guide of leveling was pretty much outdated (Over 600 days to be exact).
Infact, some new player even claim they reach level 35 in under 6 hours without boost and this have been proven all the times by those who been here for a long time.
So, the main question now is; how to do that? Here is what I am going to explain for now.
Since there is a confusion, I would like to say this guide are not for reaching level 30 only but to reach the max level (aka level 50).
Fasted Record to level 50: 9 hours by Advisor
Advisor, one of the oldest player in CrimeCraft claims to have successfully reach level 50 in within 9 hours time frames. It might sounds hard to believes it, but judging by his experiences and the credibility. I do believes this really do happen.

Guide
1) Premium Subcription
Premium subcription are the most essential tools when it comes to power leveling. As a free user, it won't be easy to level up as premium does since premium earn 150% more experiences in comparison with premium user. It could took free user for about 3 months to reach level 45 while premium user only took as low as 2-3 days to achieve level 50.
Sounds crazy? Sure it sounds crazy, but it does cause I experiences personally myself. You must be wondering why there is a huge significant differences in it, but this would be elaborate further at the next part of this tutorial since there is many factor that contribute to this.
2) Bleedout Campaign
Bleedout campaign plays the major roles in power leveling. Doing those mission at hard while having premium subcription would garner roughly 500 experiences and 800 experiences if you are using boost drink. If you are filthy rich and could afford to purchase King of Street AUG, you could earn about 1,000 experiences since this AUG provide an additional 25% exp.
Do not forget that when you are talking to npc upon completing those mission would earn you another 200-300 exp. So, that's roughly about 800-1,200 exp each time you complete a mission. Completing 1 episode earn you an estimate of 10-14k experiences.
Completing 4 bleedout campaign (40 episodes) would bring your character level from 1 to 50. Completing 1 episode at hard mode took about 30-45 minutes under the hand of experiences player, so roughly an 20 hours of playing time could make your character level 50.
3) Fast Forward Ticket & Black Book
Now you know bleedout campaign with premium subcription was the best way to power leveling, but that cannot be done without fast forward ticket since you need the ticket to start the next episode right away. Even if you do have ticket for next episode; you cannot use it until a week have passed upon the completion of current episode.
The black book are used so you could complete the mission without running around the lobby searching for the npc as running around the lobby could waste a lot of your precious time.
4) Original Gangster Mission
A lot of new player complain about this mission being too hard and should be switch into PVE mission instead. Do remember that bleedout was a mission specially for pve while OG are for pvp. Sure, OG mission was extremely tough but it gives more experiences than bleedout mission does.
The best way to complete this mission was to group with a bunch of player instead of trying to do it alone. Do remember NOT TO complete the mission as soon as you accomplish it. Complete it when you are level 48 or 49 if you want more experiences from it.
From my personal experiences, the Original Gangster mission seems to gives more experiences if you complete it at level 49 instead of lower level. For example, if you turn in an OG mission at level 30, it gives you 3,000 experiences while 4,500 experiensce at higher level. However, this needed an better verification.
5) Double Exp Weekend
This are without the doubt the golden opportunity as it increase your experiences rate into a rather unbelievable rate. If you plan to power leveling with bleedout campaign, this is the time to do it. If you earn 800 experiences per mission with boost at normal time; how much does it earn you when you are doing it during double exp weekend? That's about 1,600 experiences.
As for the Original Gangster mission, an double exp weekend could increase some mission experiences reward from 2,000 to 4,000 which is why you should only turn in the mission during this moment.
6) PVP
Ok, you don't like to do bleedout and wanted to leveling normally with pvp? No problem, the best rules to remember when leveling via PVP was to do well. That doesn't mean you must kill as many enemies as possible. It means racking in as many scores as possible.
If you are last in the team even though you kill a lot, you would still earn lesser experiences than those who comes up on top of the pvp in your team. For example, a player with 26 kill and 120 scores at last place would earn 400 experiences while a player with 1 kill and 600 score at first place would earn 900 experiences.
To rack scores as high as possible, try get as many assist kill possible, longest killing streak or complete the pvp objective such as capturing flag.
7) Boost
The exp boost are another excellent option to be used as they increase the exp rate up to 50% and can now be purchase from vendor with 15 bronze coin.
8) King of Street AUG
This increase your exp rate by 25% while cash by 50%. As much as it sounds great, it is very expensive as it cost 470 gb. It is only recommended for those who are filthy rich as it doesn't work great as free user. In other word, if you wanted to maximise the effect of this AUG; you need premium subcription too.
9) LXM Mind Focus
It increase your exp rate by 15%, but it cost 100gb and only worth to be used with premium subcription.
10) Fast Leveling Seeker
As a free user, you would be much better of using Fast Leveling Seeker mk.2 instead of mk.44 since the mk.4 cost 50 gold bar and the gap differences between it are just 10% exp rate.
Again, mk.4 are only worth to be used with premium subcription.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now you must be wondering how much exp you could earn if you have
-Premium subcription (Exp 2.5)
-Exp Boost (Exp 50%)
-King of Street AUG (Exp 25%)
-LXM MindFocus (Exp 15%)
-Fast Leveling Seeker Mk.4 (10%)
-Double Exp Weekend (Exp *2)
Let's assume the experiences you earn as free user are 100.
100 * 2.5 (Premium) = 250 exp
50% + 25% + 15% + 10% = 100%
200/100 * 250 = 500 exp
500 * 2 (If there is double exp event) = 1,000 exp. You earn 10 times more experiences, but the gb cost was pretty hefty too.
