I think they missed the word "time". Should be "Rocket Acceleration Time -20%", that way it makes sense.

That is exactly right. It means that the rocket takex X% less time to accelerate to top speed.
The descrip is the same in the english version so we were just as confused as you were ;)

Hi. At russian version aim for rocket decrease (description) acceleration speed of my rocketю This is true or error in translation?
If it's true, that's no good. Small speed of rocket is badly, isn't it? It's mean rocket aim - bad stuff and i can buy 4-socket rocketlauncher instead expensive 5-socket.
