I've been playing, and looking at the skill tab, I've noticed some skills which can improve my ability to run and some that could help me in furtive situations

My question is, anybody have seen a player of this kind, something like a guy who rush forward and get flanked enemies? If yes, which weapon/skill build is better for that style? it could be effective in this game? Some adivices would be great
