I wondered what where different titles you can get, and how much reputation points is needed for each.

Has anyone an idea ?

You can view the Title ranks and points needed to achive them at any in game PvP leaderboard.

And what about a list of other titles?

 I remember...i saw someone who was "Engineer Supplier" or something..how to manage this one?

Those titles are earned for completing specific achievements that can all be found by clicking the "Trophy" icon in your UI interface, and selecting the appropriate tabs.  You may need to uncheck "Show Completed Only".

i dont see any signaturetitle there 

I am not at home at the moment so I am unable to look and tell you exactly what to click, but I believe the achievements are under the "statistics" tab.  There you should see a list of completable achievements by game and loot type.  Some of these achievements will give you titles you can "wear" in the lobby.  Not all do however.  Unfortunately I dont think there is a full list posted anywhere of all the different titles available, but when you do complete an achievement that has a title connected to it, you will recieve an in game mail stating that you have completed the achievement, and the title will be attached to the mail.  Once you take the title from the mail, it will become available in the "titles" tab.

yes yes...i know... i have 2 lvl 50 characters and mass twinks...

but what about the title "engineer supplier"?! 

there are also no titles in achievement -.-

I believe that is achieved from either the creatione of engi items, the collection of gadget containers or the opening of gadget containers.  There should be achievements in the "loot specific" tab.  You may need to uncheck "completed only" to see all of them, and as I said, I do not believe there is an actual list of all titles available through achievements.
