The transmutes are full gear sets and the cards are found by completing bleedout episodes. They can also be purchased with in game cash from other players. No they are not customizable.

Hi, Just wondering how the transmute sets work exactly...
Do they just act as a upper body clothing item?
Can they be customized with custom clothing options from the black market? So you do not have to look' like you are wearing one of these sets?
Also where does one get the cards from used to purchase the sets, other than AH or Black market. Are the cards drops?
