Which NPC's repair your items ingame?  It's such a large bunch of areas, I don't even remember which are I started in and I know which NPC did there.  Are there NPC's to repair in each area?  Thanks in advance.

 Yeah, you just go to any vendor, (the guys with shopping carts), and up in the right hand corner of the Player UI you will see a Wrench icon. 
Just click that, select what to repair and your good.
It doesnt matter what vendor, they all do the same repairs. so any vendor.

TheFinder is correct -- most vendors can repair your items for a minimal fee of in-game cash. You can also use Gold Bars to patch up your equipment. Go to the black market, and look under the repair tab.
