They got the engineer specialization backwards. The best attachments are made by ammo jockey.

Edit: maybe i am wrong, this is what i was told.

To be honest that was my dream when i became a gearhead plus my bussines is lame that i had to buy my attachments and i cant profit from it cause ppl sell over priced matsn and want to buy attachments really cheap, and to answer ur question i dont know and maybe.

psd: with gearhead u get the best attachments.

Gearhead - Trig, barrel, sight for shotgun.  Trig, barrel, sight, stock for SMG.

Im not positive, but i believe ammo jockey is stock, barrel, sight for AR and others for Sniper (not sure which ones).

And to answer the first question - no we cant craft the gold attachments.

ill try to keep it updated if i can on what i can and cannot do!

I have found the gear head slow going and tough as some of the key components are very expensive to buy, such as the silken jacket matrix.  Though this looks to be the same for most classes.

You can still build some ammo using the gear head line, but its not that good.
