hey just woundering ther a tab in my account called Characters what is that and how do a i create one??

I imagine you are talking about the crimecraft website. If so, the tab characters is supposed to show your in game characters but for a percentage of us this is not working. So for now there is nothing you can do but enjoy the game and hope that vogster gets this annoyance fixed soon.
