In order to run The Moat again you will need to create a new character. Also, any new character you create after completing the Moat with one character, will give you the ability to skip the Moat and enter directly in to Sunrise City, however the new character will start at level 1 with no gear, no skills, no xp, and no money!
Ignore Chuck Norris' Hat.... unlike Chuck Norris himself, his hat is not cool. Chuck is what makes his clothes cool, and it looks to me like Chuck left this particular hat on a bar somewhere. Maybe Chuck thought his hat was not worthy.....

thanks for understanding and replying properly unlike chucknorrishat. i didnt know you could skip that level when you create a new character thanks for that info. but theres no way to get back huh? :(
