What do I do if I didn’t get my Gold Bars?

 

Please note some offers and surveys will take some time before the Gold Bars are credited to your account. This can be due to many reasons, including confirmation on your eligibility, verification of the survey's status, or a number of other factors. For this reason we ask that if you completed an offer please make sure to allow at least 24 hours before contacting the Survey Provider.

 

However, in general, you should take the following steps listed below if you did not receive Gold Bars after completing a survey:

 

1. Verify the Survey Provider.

 

2. Check the status page of the Surveys taken to make sure they are listed as complete.

 

3. If the Survey is listed as complete, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting the Survey Provider.

 

4. If the Survey is listed as "Pending" or "Under Investigation", that means something went wrong and contacting the Survey Provider will be the next step.

 

4. Locate the "help" or "Contact Us" link to file a ticket with the Survey Provider.

 

5. If the Survey Provider is unable to help, please file a ticket at www.crimecraft.com/cs_tickets and we will also help you resolve your issue.
