As a Free account subscriber you have limited access to customer service.  You may only submit a customer service ticket in the following cases. 

• If you have problem with billing or making a transaction with Gold Bars.
• If you have problem with your Standard or Premium subscription
• Issues with Game Codes or Game Cards.

If your ticket does not fall within the above categories then please refer to our knowledgebase or check out our support forums. Chances are that the problems you are experiencing have already been resolved and the answers are on the forums.  If you do not see a solution for your particular problem then please post in our forums and a helpful member of our community will help you out.
