Steps on how to contact the Survey Provider Gambit for offer inquiries.
How do I contact Gambit about my Surveys?
If you have not received your Gold Bars after completing Surveys from Gambit, then you will need to contact the Gambit Customer Support Department.
First, you will need to navigate to the "offers status" page to check the satus all of Surveys you have participated in.
Clicking the "offer status" page will bring you to the below window:
Notice the "Contact Us" link. Clicking this link will bring you to the following window where you can fill out all required information to inquire about any Surveys not showing up as complete.
Once you file a ticket with the offer provider, Gambit will contact you via the email provided and will be able to assist you in finding out what the issues is, whether the survey was incomplete or if there was an internal error.
