How to contact Peanut Labs for survey inquiries.
How to contact Peanut Labs about my Surveys.
If you have not received your Gold Bars after completing Surveys from Peanut Labs, then you will need to contact the Peanut Labs Customer Support Department.
Once you have verified that Peanut Labs is the Survey Provider, you will need to navigate to the "More Offers & Surveys" page which looks like the screen below.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a “Need Help?” link.
After clicking the “Need Help” link, you will see the FAQ page.
Clicking the “My Gold Bars Rewards” tab will list any offers and surveys attempted and the status of each.
If the status shows complete and you did not receive the Gold Bars, you will need to contact Peanut Labs and file a ticket by clicking on the “Peanut Labs Media” link.
This will take you to the Peanuts Labs website where you will be able to file a ticket by clicking the “Contact us” link at the top of the page.
This will bring you to a form page where you can fill out all required information to request in inquiry into the status of your Surveys.
