How to contact SponsorPay about my Surveys.

 

If you have not received your Gold Bars after completing Surveys from SponsorPay, then you will need to contact the SponsorPay Customer Service Department.

 

Once you have verified that SponsorPay is the Survey Provider, you will beed to navigate to the offer page for SponsorPay which looks like the screen below:

 

 

 

Click on the "Offer Status" tab to view the status of Surveys you have recently complete. The below screen shows an example of a survey recently completed.

 

 

After you have allowed adequate time for the Gold Bars to be credited to your account, and you have not received them, a "report problem" link will appear under status as shown the following screenshot.

 

 

Clicking the "Report Problem" link will bring up the SponsorPay contact form:

 

 

Fill out all required information on this form and SponsorPay will then check the status of your offer and then will contact you via the email supplied.
