How to contact SuperSonic ads for Gold Bar inquiries
How to contact SuperSonic Ads about my Surveys.
If you have not received your Gold Bars after completing Surveys from SuperSonic Ads, then you will need to contact the SuperSonic Ads Customer Support Department.
Once you have verifed that SuperSonic Ads is the Survey Provider, you will need to navigate to the offer page for SuperSonic Ads which looks like the screen below:
Click on the "View Earning Status" link at the top of the Surveys page to see the status of all Surveys completed. Your screen will look similair to the one below, except you will see all currently completed offers listed:
After you have allowed adequate time for the Gold Bars to be credited to your account, and you have not received them, a "Missing Gold Bars?" link will appear under status next to the offer.
Clicking the "Missing Gold Bars?" link will bring you to the SuperSonic FAQ page, here it will you find a "Submit a Support Ticket" link that very bottom of the page.
Clicking this will link will bring you to a contact form. If you have more than one Survey you are awaiting Gold Bars from, you will need to Submit a ticket for each one individually. Notice in the Screenshot below, it lists at the top of the page which Survey you are submitting a ticket for.
Fill out the requireed information on this form and SuperSonic Ads will then check the status of yout offer and contact you via the emal supplied.
