If you purchased an in-game item, redeemed a Game Code, or redeemed Game Card for an in-game item then you can retrieve your items in-game by following these steps.

1. Log into the game with the game account from which you redeemed or purchased your in-game item.
2. Select a realm.
3. Create a new character or select an existing character.
4. Go to any ATM machine located throughout the game lobbies.
5. From the ATM interface select "Bonuses Store"
6. Within the "Bonuses Store" you will see all the items that can be redeemed.
7. To collect your items, drag the item to your inventory.

Notes and Warnings

• Once an item is removed from the Bonuses Store it is considered redeemed and you cannot put it back into the store.
• In-game items may be redeemed from any realm and by any character.
• In-game items may only be redeemed once, NOT once per realm or character. So choose carefully what character and what realm you collect your items.
• Unless otherwise specified.  All clothing items come in pairs, with one male and one female version given per clothing article.
  • Male clothing items may only be seen and redeemed by a male character.
    
  • Female clothing items may only be seen and redeemed by a female character.
    
  • Male and female clothing need not be redeemed on the same realm.

• Be aware that most redeemed items are bound to your character or account once redeemed. 
• Bound items cannot be traded, sent, or sold.
