I've complete my registration and have not received my validation email.  What is the problem?

 

There are number of reasons why this may happen.

 

You mistyped your email address. 

It happens.  If you try to log into the website and cannot, this usually is an indication that you've mistyped your email address.  Simply register a new account or contact customer support to fix your issue.

 

It's in your Junk or Spam folder. 

If your email provider filters for junk or spam emails, many times emails from unknown addresses will be placed in these folders. If you still cannot find the email please do the following:

  • Add info@crimecraft.com to your friends or contact list.
  • Log into the CrimeCraft website and click resend validation email.

If you still do not get your validation email, then please contact your email provider and explain that you are not receiving emails from info@crimecraft.com

 

Email is being actively blocked by email provider. 

Some email providers have very strict anti spam policies in place and will block all emails not from a recognizable source.  If you suspect this, then you must add info@crimecraft.com to your friends or contact list before the validation email is sent.

 

If you still do not get your validation email, then please contact your email provider and request that they remove info@crimecraft.com from their blocked email list.

 

It's been five minutes and I've still not gotten my validation email.

Patience!  We find that some email providers can take up to 20 minutes to deliver an email.
