First, double check that the servers are not down for maintenance when you receive this message. You can check for scheduled maintenance on the forum. If the servers are up, your firewall or anti-virus program may be preventing you from connecting to the server. Double check that CrimeCraft.exe is on the exceptions list for your anti-virus and firewall programs.
