 I had a similar problem.  Make sure you are running the Client launcher in the folder it came in.  If it's removed from it's folder, it won't work.  So you have to create a shortcut if you want to have it on your desktop.

 Hey, the "not enough memory" error is a known issue and the devs are working on a fix.  In the meantime, they suggest you decrease your graphical settings and resolution.  Thanks!
