Yes the nades are very accurate, but unlike PVE, in PVP you get the nade spammers.  In PVE at least the bots see you before they toss a nade, but on PVP maps, you will more likely get spam naded from experienced players who have a good idea where you may ...

I remember when I first installed CC it would do the same thing.  It was a firewall issue, you can try disabling your firewall to see if that works for you.  Good luck..
