Pre-death freeze of about 0.5 - 1 second occurrs irrespective of game play length, mostly for me in the first few rounds of the evening.  I had put it down to some form of very fluky lag (relating to death) or disk latency, but it occurring only on certain things ...

You already have that in the lobby... right+left = forward, left+right=backwards   Unless you want it in combat, which would be daft.

Hi I was looking to get a premuim account, but click and buy is now the only option and they refuse a credit card for this transaction type.   How you supposed to buy upgrades to account?    

New setpoint version had no effect.  I am, however, now running a G700 and the forward / back buttons appear to be responding, although the upper two thumbs only work when assigned an explicit keystroke rather than "gerneric button" assignment.

For info, I've since been advised by CC support to run Steam as Admin.  Not sure why this would make a difference (other then regisrty write permissions, among a few others), but it did mean I finally earned my 2 star badge with my alt.  CC is the only game that ...

It's not that they are showing up in one place but not the other.. there seems to be no correlatoin between my steam profile and my game account - it doesn't even show that I have active chars on the CC account page...
