Hey Mandraj, Looks like you're running something that conflicts with CrimeCraft. Make sure that you're not running any other programs in the background. Also make sure your antivirus/firewall allow crimecraft.

Hey there, When are you getting kicked? Is it while you're in game, click play now, etc...

Yup as Rekas said, you can change your mind at any time. You will, however, lose all your crafting levels switching to another profession. So it would cost you a lot of money, time, and effort.
