 It's fairly harmless. Obviously we aren't taking any action for detections of this nature. Unfortunately, we don't have direct control over what does and doesn't get flagged as cheating - HackShield is not our own creation after all.

One of the more common reasons for getting a "cheat detected" message is due to a overlay plugin being enabled within a voice chat program such as Ventrilo or Mumble. If you disable the overlay plugin, you shouldn't experience this anymore.

You need to get the achievement during the promotion in order to receive the TF2 item. As you say, you had the achievement before the promotion. You may simply create a new character and get the achievement on it. TRUST NO ONE!

 What evasion? Why would we care if someone who is suspended or banned can read the forums? What becomes a concern is if a suspended or banned player can post on the forums, which is exactly why the system doesn't let that happen. Lol.
