First they stopped paying out on the gold bar offers page ... then they stopped actually caring about customer support... Then they released a patch that basicly turned the game into a modified third person version of team fortress which is decidedly newbie unfriendy ... and now the only option ...

i have yet to recieve any gb's from any of the offers i used  in the last 3-4 months .. however i have been spammed with nearly 1000 emails with links to phishing sites several of the softwares i downloaded in the offers came complete with malware and adware installed ...

actually if you spend much time in forums and/or run into these kinds of problems yourself you will realise that despite the constant promises of reimbursments they actually seem to never give any out ...

Ok apparently your pissed about getting banned right after you bought premium ... at least i think that's what you said ... IF you honestly were not hacking be aware that third party programs for OTHER games could have interfered in either game-play or the communication with the server thereby ...

Ok he launches, gets the launcher, then it crashes after hitting play on launcher with generic windows "we have encountered a problem and had to close... " messege
