you only can go to the city and walk around and recieving quests when you are at level 8? i see in videos players level 1 doing quest and walking in the city. something is wrong.

in my game theres no character moving no npc talking and no quests. only appears a menu that only can choose pvp or pve battles. why?

Hello! I started playing today and i see in the guides and the gameplay videos players start in a place who have npc's to talk, etc. when i started playing the only thing that appears is a lobby. is that right or any kind of bug?
