Which NPC's repair your items ingame?  It's such a large bunch of areas, I don't even remember which are I started in and I know which NPC did there.  Are there NPC's to repair in each area?  Thanks in advance.

 Having the same issues with trying to purchase a premium, use ie8 and chrome browsers, neither work.  Hopefully they can figure out the problem :/
