depends if u bought the fastforward to do the bleedout campaign, its the quickest way to lvl... with black book and fast forward ticket on black market... also there are some codes i posted on this forum on the beginner page for some free stuff, you might wana check them ...

hope gms dont remove this post as it may be seen as an exploit, because its helping lots of new players to get a good headstart in the game, which is really what they need to keep playing..
