this is just a dumb post in general its pretty much saying im better than anyone use me and that is a horrible selling point that demotes your business over someone elses by being over confident in yourself. not to mention your arguing with some kid who dont even matter ...

have you made an actual ticket about the problem yet or just in forum and chat ticket works best its what will be checked by the real support and certainly someone will help you, anytime i needed help i went through a ticket and recieved contact by next day

just wanted to know if i do downgrade will it charge me for the 5 now or after this period is up? i want to keep prem in future just need to save money where i can for a couple months too many expenses right now.

after i enter log in info and get to point where it loads map, then it crashes with error message saying crime craft encountered an error.

whenever i log in and press start game it crashes right when its loading and its never done this before

keep in mind I'm sure they have a very small budget to work with to pay develpoers to be as active as say WoW or Fallen Earth ect, so far I'm very impressed with their work is there room for improvement absolutely, but do I think its headed a good ...
