They basically just announced an expansion so I would expect to see an influx of new users when it goes live. From my testing it appears they made it more casual, so think there will be more matches/activity overall.

Beta server is located in EU along with the developers. When update goes live there should be no issues for you.

You gotta equip a salvager to get it to drop. You should be able to make one by default. If you do not get it by the mats from the auction house lol
