i fixed it by repairing it in the client option thing 

 and before you ask my computer can run games like fallout 3 and mass effect (the only two i could think of) i have the game running on the lowest specs and it sttill lags after a few minutes of the game running normaly and then sudenly it starts to ...

 is it one big city or a few littel maps that you are matched up with other players 

 come on six people (more peole by the time you look at it do) and none of them can give me an answer

 becuase its only avilble in america and canada or unless you use a proxy server to get like i did becaus i live out side of those two countries lik alot of peopl do
