You can try PVE SFG or STP ( on hard settings ) + if you can purchase energy drinks from BM that will add up to 50% xp. so that i guess will do your leveling fast

You can use your map it will be more easy to find the designated characters that will give you missions . The important characters will have an Exclamation ( ! ) sign. Just right click on them to mark the target and then you can find themn very easy by ...
